Website Proposal
Prepared for Adorable Memories — Attn: Mari Rodriguez  |  September 2026

I took a look at adorable-memories.com ahead of our call. Here's where things stand:

Where adorable-memories.com Stands Today
What's Working
WordPress + SEO Foundation

Built on WordPress with the All in One SEO plugin installed, so basic meta descriptions and Open Graph tags are already in place.

Clean, Photo-Driven Layout

Clean, simple layout with strong photo content from past events.

Genuine Testimonials

Genuine customer testimonials already on the homepage, which is valuable social proof.

Where It's Falling Short
Thin, Generic Copy

The About section is a few sentences long. It doesn't mention Minneapolis or the surrounding service area by name in a way that helps local search understand where you operate.

No Dedicated Service Pages

Balloon decor, day-of coordination, and seasonal offerings each have a page, but none are written with the keyword depth or structure that ranks well or gets picked up by AI tools.

Missing Contact Essentials

There's no phone number or physical service area listed on the site, only an email address and Instagram link. Local search and AI assistants rely heavily on consistent name, address, and phone info ("NAP") to recommend a business confidently.

No Structured Data (Schema)

The site doesn't have LocalBusiness or Review schema markup, which is one of the clearest signals search engines and AI models use to understand what a business does and where it's located.

Competitive Local Market, Low Visibility

A quick search for Minneapolis balloon decorators shows a crowded field of well-optimized competitors. Adorable Memories doesn't currently show up in that mix, which means potential customers searching "balloon decorator Minneapolis" or asking an AI assistant for a recommendation are unlikely to find you right now.

The bones of a good business are here. The site just isn't built to be found.

A Rebuilt Site Built to Be Found

A rebuilt, custom brochure site designed around two goals: making a strong first impression on visitors, and giving search engines and AI tools everything they need to recommend Adorable Memories confidently.

Site Structure
Local Search & AI Visibility
Technical Foundation

I'll also flag that pairing this with a well-optimized Google Business Profile makes a real difference for local visibility. That's outside the scope of this proposal, but happy to advise on it separately if useful.
